Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and ck4440 (the "Company", "Platform", "we", or "us") governing your access to and use of the ck4440 website located at ck4440.app, including all associated mobile web pages, services, games, betting markets, wallet functions, and promotional offers (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access your account or conduct activity on your behalf.

• ck4440 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified ck4440 of a security breach in writing and we have confirmed receipt of that notification.

All financial transactions on the ck4440 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

ck4440 charges no platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals processed via MFS channels. Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 working days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

ck4440 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal above internal thresholds set at our discretion. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or refused where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a pending account verification requirement.

ck4440 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback awards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, IPL, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. • One bonus per household: Promotional offers are limited to one per player, household, device, IP address, phone number, and payment method.

• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the promotional period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules prevail for matters of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms prevail for matters of account management, payments, and conduct.

ck4440 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts, restrict access to specific markets, or impose personal betting limits on individual accounts where we determine it is necessary for platform integrity or responsible gaming purposes. Such decisions are made at our sole discretion and are not subject to appeal.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ck4440 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or providing false date of birth information.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform simultaneously or in succession following closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck4440 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

In all cases where ck4440 is found to be liable, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
